Warm up
400 swim, 300 pull, 200 kick, 100 IM
Three rounds of:
3x200 - 3:00 decent effort
6x50 - 1:00
Set #1 50s are one of each stroke, two choice
Set #2 50s are backstroke, swim over/kick back
Set #3 50s are breathing pattern: 3, 5, 7
2x400 - :15 between
#1 pull or IM (50 drill/50 swim)
#2 EZ swim down
=4500 SCY
